This Privacy Policy explains how MW3.biz International Business Ltd., operating the TipTop.Music platform (collectively, “TipTop.Music,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, protects, and shares your information when you use our fair-pay music platform, including our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

TipTop.Music is a fair-pay music platform where every play is a direct tip to artists. We are not a music streaming service. Instead, listeners purchase credits upfront, and when they play a song, the credit value is distributed as follows: 67% to the artist, 30% to platform infrastructure, and 3% to social impact. Credits never expire and there are no subscription fees.

Agreement to Privacy Policy: By accessing our Services, creating an account, or using our platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy and acknowledge that you understand how we handle your information. This forms part of your legal agreement with TipTop.Music alongside our Terms of Service.

7. Data Retention

• After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where legal retention is required

8. International Data Transfers

TipTop.Music processes data primarily in the United States (AWS us-east-1 region) and the United Kingdom. All transfers comply with UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR requirements, using Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

9. Children's Privacy

TipTop.Music is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.
